Simply visit our Track
Package page, enter your unique tracking ID (e.g. GX-A1B2C3D4E5), and click
"Track". You will instantly see your package's current status, high-precision map pin, and full
milestone history.
GoExpressly tracking numbers always begin with the prefix GX- followed by 10
alphanumeric characters (for example, GX-VSVMCTRXU8). You can find this code in
your booking confirmation email or receipt.
"Customs Clearance" indicates your parcel has arrived at an international border facility (such as a USPS International Mail Facility) and is undergoing standard documentation inspection. Our map displays the exact facility name and coordinates so you know precisely where your package is held.
Our maps operate at Zoom Level 16 (building-level precision) using Esri World Imagery. Administrators manually adjust pins directly onto physical buildings, so you see exact facility roofs rather than generic road intersections.
No! GoExpressly package tracking is completely open and free. Recipients and senders can enter any valid tracking ID directly on our tracking page without creating an account or logging in.
Yes! If the sender provided your recipient email address during shipment creation, our backend system automatically sends clean HTML status updates to your inbox the instant a new milestone is logged.
